If your hair has natural red undretones you do not have to add much if any red to a color to get it that red. When you lift color with a golden blond the red undertones will come through. If you want to add some red to make sure they do than get two colors. If you are a medium brown say level 6 than go with a 7 or 8 level golden blond (add some strawbery if you want but be careful you might come out real red unless you don't have red undertone which would be very unusual). If you wanted less red or to try to go back you would need an ash even a neutral with red undertones wouldn't do it.

Dna results error, is it still accurate?‏?

I have a question to determine if I should take another paternity test. I took a test with a company with two different men but I noticed one of the alleles are different on the baby results on both test. First test her results were 13,13 on the second test (which confirmed the alleged father) were 9,13. And of course his allele was 9 which made all alleles match. Should this be a concern for me? or does it even make a difference? If it's a error does it mean that it could be more errors or is it a simple mistake that couldn't change the outcome of the test. Well... um... I would improve your writing first. You tell the story instead of showing it. That it the number one thing you need to worry about. Also slow everything down, it goes way too fast and before the reader gets done with one thing they are yanked to another. It's too busy. Also it's a bit random. You have too many things going on and it gets unrealistic which shouldn't happen. Even those fantasy books have to have realistic aspects to it otherwise it doesn't work. You need to balance it. Describe everything more, it's too blank to me, instead of a painting being painted for me there is a blank canvas with scribbles from a pencil on it. It's not vivid enough. This is called constructive criticism and it works wonders. I hope I helped you!

Leaky Radiators?

Over the years I have from time to time removed the radiators in the house to decorate behind them. I've always managed to get them back OK sometimes with just a slight leak around the union of pipe and radiator which has been resolved by an extra tightening of the nut. However after removing the kitchen rad this week and putting it back I just cannot eliminate a very slight leak at either joint on the rad/pipe union, no matter how tight I make the connection. Should I be fitting a new washer or something? The system is quite old, probably 20 years or more. Thanks in anticipation

I have two incredibly talented sisters who both went to art school. Whats the best solution for me as a diabetic with ADHD?

I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea, diabetes and now my girlfriend thinks i have ADHD. I haven't been able to hold down a job for a while...I always suffered from restlessness, being tired all the time and just plain fatigued. I've had sleep studies, operations to correct my sleep problems, been put on diets and pills to help me live a normal life but none of this stuff has helped me much. When doing any thing my mind wanders constantly. I can never focus very well or have clarity and tend to procrastinate all the time. Exercise seems to help a little but doesnt solve my problems. I can never concetrate on 1 thing for to long and tend to jump from one thing to another, rarely finishing anything i start. Most of the time when things require any mental effort on my part i get frustrated very easily by it. I've never been diagnosed with ADHD but i'm sure i have it. Someone i met at a quilt shop my girlfriend shops at suggested i try and get on disability for my ADHD. Is this possible?

My 2 neighbors, one we share property with (a Townhouse) and one across the street we all hung out together until the neighbor across the street "slept" with the other neighbors husband. Bad Sleeping Habits beginning at 13 months, HELP!!?

My son who is 13 months now has always been a pretty good sleeper. If he woke up I would tend to him (give him milk or a pacifier) and then he would go right back to sleep. Well the past couple of nights I have put him to bed and he has woken up about 2 hrs into it screaming and I cant console him!! He never does this!! So, I sit on the floor with him with the lights on dim and he walks over to the tv and starts banging on it because he wants to watch ELMO!! What the heck is going on and how do I stop this behavior before it gets out of hand. I will admit that I caved in....as soon as I turned Elmo on he cheered right up and went back to bed for the rest of the night once it was over. I am not the kind of person that wants my child to have a tv babysitter. Do you have any other suggestions for calming him down? I have never seen him this upset until this past week or so.

Hi~ We recently purchased and installed a heavy-duty mixer lift mechanism in a cabinet of our new kitchen build. Our problem is we don't know how to attach the mixer to the platform itself. There are no instructions supplied by the seller of the lift mechanism and I couldn't find anything on the Kitchenaid site. The mixer has rubber anti-skid knobs attached to the underside, but there are no pre-drilled holes for screwing it to a platform and no apparent way to clamp it to the stand. well generally when you do cardio its more of a whole body kinda thing (jumping jacks) but when you do weight lifting (curls) your pretty much working one place, the arms. so cardio would get your heart rate up faster but mixing it up with weight lifting will make sure the heart never gets used to a certain routine.

It is a countinues spell card that lets you shuffle one card in your hand into your deck, you then shuffle the deck and draw one card. This lets you put cards you don't need back into your deck and lets you draw a new card from your deck. Now the drawback is that you are putting cards back into the deck instead of onto the field or into the graveyard. But i like this card since i get to put cards that are of no help to me back into my deck, and i get to draw a new card to re-place the one i have put back in, when you have 2-3 of these cards out on the field it can be very powerful.

Whats the best way to keep your cat off your kitchen counters?

My older cat never jumps up on our counter, I guess he know better, we never had this problem with him. But my 2 year old female cat is always getting caught up on our counter. When we catch her we say very sternly to get down and stomp our feet, she knows it is wrong, b/c if she hears us coming she jumps down and runs. My husband tried sprinkling pepper all over the counter one night before we went to bed. All that did was make a big mess and sisn't deter her. Wow! that first answer is amazing!! Has no business here but it's cool. I have never been anywhere outside the south where I have heard a southern accent. That certainly doesn't mean there isn't any, I just haven't heard them. But, I should also point out that there are many different "southern" accents. For instance, the people here in North Carolina have a very different accent from people in Texas. And people in Virginia have different accents than people in Louisiana, especially the cajun parts! I love the Virginia accent - it's really a beautiful accent. But all of those would be considered "southern" accents ever though they are so different. I am from New Mexico and I've been told we have no accent. How can that be??? I know we do - it's just different from southern or northern or cajun or whatever.

Cultured Stone - Need a solution for poor craftsmanship.?

I built my home as an owner-builder. Most of the house turned out TERRIFIC, but I have an exterior masonry fireplace that looks horrible due to the workmanship. Mostly, the problem is that he smeared mortar all over the cultured stone (Centurion) and didn't clean it off. It's been about 9 months since installation. What solutions do I have? The real question is what are you going to be playing. If you are playing counter-strike 1.6 then yes this shouldn't be a problem, (Obviously) but if you want to play a game with really good graphics then depending on if you want the highest setting then it could be a problem. The first thing I'd say is getting a laptop for gaming is a mistake, since you can buy a very good desktop for much less. The two key things missing here from your post is what games are you planning to play, and is there any possibility of you buying a desktop instead? I personally would never buy a laptop specifically for gaming purposes unless I had no ability to spend time at home for some reason. I ume that hopefully that is the reason you plan on buying one, or else you are setting yourself up for disappointment and a waste of money.

i don't know how you would move on, but things don't change unless people change them. I miss the way my family used to be, so i know it probably will never be the same. But you can help it. Make an effort! Suggest going camping, grilling out outside, something that makes you turn the tv off and get to know each other again. Do something nice for your parents and brother, show them you love them and want to spend time with them. That's all i can think of.

Formula feeding - how much at 6 weeks?

I am making 900 ml at a time, and putting 5 ounces into the bottles. My 6 week old son is eating almost all of it within 24 hours, if not more. He usually eats 4-5 ounces every 2.5 hours- 3 hours. Is this a lot or is he just on the higher end of normal??? Sometimes he is even hungry at the 2 hour mark, but I try to make him wait a little bit by using a pacifier.

I was diagnosed with Bronchitis, needs advice opinions?

The doctors gave me a shot in each hip. They gave me anti-biotics and they gave me an inhaler. I've had the cough for 3 weeks and it just now developed into the full blown thing. Right now It's 2 am, Can't sleep. My nose is blocked up and running at the same time. My throat is very sore. I'm coughing up phlegm a lot and my sides(lungs?) hurt when I cough. I have requested time off from work tomorrow (today) and gotten it. Will I need to be off friday also? My job, sawmill type, is very dusty, my co-worker smokes and I work in a very cold environment. Is this gonna prevent me from getting better? Also...What else can I do to able to get some relief. All this stuff they gave me doesn't seem to be working at all! But I wouldn't know as this is the first time I've had bronchitus. It could be worse???????

I have found that in the 15 years I have been in private practice is that it seems people are more interested in getting their hair done (etc) than doing deep and profound personal growth.
