Does anyone know where i can get a cheap party bus in orange county?

i'm planning on having a quinceanera & i would like to get a party bus, but not so expensive because money is tight right now. i can conform myself with either a party bus or a limo but one that is big enough for at least 15 people or so and also affordable. i'm located in the city of orange county so if anyone knows anything please let me know. i would also like to find a big enough banquet or salon for about 330 people or so. please & thank you :)
