Should I contact a lawn fertilizing company?

Hi - I'm in the UK, so there may be some differences in the kinds of bugs you're getting in the lawn, but I've found a pretty decent site that goes through a few of the common problems you might have with your lawn. They have some good quality articles that helped me identify the problem (in my case crane fly) and suggested some stuff to help me out.
