Actually, the answer is B. you did the letters right, but 5' and 3' ends always alternate so this template changed to DNA form is 3'-ccaatgtaag-5'. you then turn it around if it asks for it to be read 5' to 3' (look and you'll see that b is just c turned around so the 5'/3' directions are right)
