Food grade mineral oil?

i need to buy food grade mineral oil for preserving the wooden boards i use in the kitchen. i could only find in stores the ones that are used as laxatives, which say on the back that contain 99.9% mineral oil. i know that those are safe to ingest so they are food grade, but are they good for wooden boards?
