EASY 10 POINTS: Which activity produces a faster heart rate in a healthy teen: cardio or weight lifting+cardio?

well generally when you do cardio its more of a whole body kinda thing (jumping jacks) but when you do weight lifting (curls) your pretty much working one place, the arms. so cardio would get your heart rate up faster but mixing it up with weight lifting will make sure the heart never gets used to a certain routine.
