I don't know either of you, but it sounds like she just wants to be friends. The only way to find out is to ask her. Tell her you really like her, and would like the opportunity to take her out, if she says yes, great, if she tells you she just wants to be friends, then I'd say you have a nice friend that's a girl, and move on. You really need to figure out what direction this is going though.
