l changes?

as time goes on, does the change much in how it looks and feels? People always say thing like it will stretch, not be as tight. Why does this not happen with something like our mouths or nostrils then? lol...i know this is probably a silly question...but sometimes i think people like to tell women their will get bigger so they wont be promiscuous.
