Computor won't switch on,the red & green lights r on,they don't even blink,the cd drive is also blinking.hlp!?

look at the back of your power supply if u see a red or black slid-able switch if it say 230v slid it over and will see 115v try to bootup if u don't have this switch to bad i had the same problem three day later try this an it worked.
