Processor question kinda urgent?

You want to overclock it because...? Not only would you most likely need a specialized cooler (copper heatsink or liquid cooling) but it can lower the life of the processor. Seeing as how it is already running at 2.8 GHz I don't really see why you would need to overclock it.
